I would like to know if admins upgraded all Tier 7 monsters
because I noticed that they did with Behemots:

The very first tier 7 upgrades that were available were the Titans, now there are tier 7 upgrades for all factions (available to neutrals)

i think i have seen them all in conspirator quests already. Dont know about mg quests, but i think you can maybe find them in brigands and such.
(also they are also in caravans (only the spectral dragon i havent seen yet in my caravan))
