Her Majesty the Empress has enjoined to announce the start of Fourth Minor Tournament on Empire lands. It will last from September, 4th till September, 14th. The tournament will occur on regular basis.
In two days it will be 4 months since the fourth minor tournament. If the 5th minor tournament is in the next few weeks this is almost 4 times a year. That does not seem to be a regular basis.
I did not create this thread to complain about the activity (or lack of it) of the admins or events. I suspect we wont see much (if anything) until the fourth anniversary May 5th.
So how many times a year is on a regular basis? Once a year is only annually, and even 4 times a year is only quarterly. I would be happy with once a month, although Im not sure that is on a regular basis either. |

Regular, as opposed to irregular.
Regular: Arranged in or constituting a constant or definite pattern, esp. with the same space between individual instances.
So once a year is regular. Once every 913 days is also regular, as long as it happens every 913 days. :) |

| In this case it seems tha regular basis means - according to the rules applied to minor tournaments and not time periods. Though keep repeating that PvP tournaments should be more often. |
