Hello, I reject all the time the conspirators (13) quests, because I cannot beat them...I have beaten sometimes the (12) ones...
now I had this: Rebellious 'Knights, Wizards, Elves - conspirators {14}' have united and conspired...
As far as I know when I beat a certain type and difficulty of quest, I get one harder and when I fail to beat it, I get next time the same difficulty....
