2. I don't see any wrong doing by GKH.
When you paid him for the avatar, how did you think he was going to make it?
It's not made in a shed out of some wood.
Of course he was going to use some tool to make it.
You'd paid money and you got an avatar.
You liked your avatar enough to put it in your profile.
So, as far as I can see he satisfied his obligation. |
