Hi lords and ladies,
Today I played a CG 2x2 Battle.
My hobgoblins had been blessed with "Rapid" (+40%), and after, the enemy used "Delay" (-40%) on them as well.
Hobgoblins starting initiative was 11.6.
After rapid: 16.24
After delay: 9.74
So, My hobs lost 1.9 initiative.
Why delay reduces their cumulated initiative and not the starting initiative?
Of course, the same result can be obtained applying Delay first and then Rapid:
11.6 - 40%= 6.96
6.96 + 40%= 9.74
Is it a bug? or Delay is stronger then Rapid (when a creature has both of them)? |

obviously because the admins decided so.

| That's actually because delay was used after rapid. |
