Banking activities - granting loans with interest, receiving money from other players on deposit accounts, pawn shop business, insurance operations or any other bank activities.
I believe this is illegal since it looks like loaning with interest. Unless this was accumulative where he borrowed 150 before and now 3000 to add to the debt, but that's rather doubtful since I don't see the point in borrowing 150. Is it a blockable offense?
