Question: For a level 9 barbarian, what recruiting, talents, and artifacts are recommended?
I was think that for recruiting I should use max hobs and orcs, then all the rest on ogres and rocs. For talents, probably Advanced Offense + Battle Fury + Cold Blade. The main debate I have is over arts. Would it be wiser to use 2 Rings of Abdication (+5% Initiative each) or 2 Rings of Inspiration (+1 Morale each)? | Rings of Abdication with Cold Blade
+20% Melee Damage
+1 min-max
+10% Water Damage
+10% initiative
-2 Defense
Rings of Inspiration with Retribution.
+35% Melee Damage
+1 min-max
+2 Morale

First choose max orcs, second wolfs or hobgoblins. rest ogres+rock (maybe i would try to have enough rocs to can transport all ogres).
I would forget abdication rings, they aren't for a barbarian (just look at the picture, does look something a barb would wear? ).
Yeah, inspiration rings+bravery medal with retribution is a good build. But you could also go offense+fury+weighty+thrusting (as pvp build). Or with tactics so you can quickly block against ranged hunts. | | In addition, 3 morale+retribution also increased your ranged damaged by 15% compared to cold blade which only increase by 10% | At my opinion you should go for Pendant of Despair, the bonus initiative can give lot advantage for you as first shooter and on melee fights... Also the 1 attack and def are very useful too...

Talents may be Advanced offensive + fury + Basic fortune (with black wolfs)
