1 person gave me 20k gift...i returned and he gave again back..
so my question is , is that legal ? i can keep gift ?
and however we never had same IP , infact we lives at different cities..

3.15.1. Transfers for the reason of leaving the game etc. are forbidden. Empire is the only character for liquidation transfers.
So if he is stopping the game, it s not a legal, if he will go on then he can gift!
Indeed i would prefer telling you to refund him... | he is playing game
