yes it will affect magic arrow since it's an air elemental damage.
F2?I prefer don't go for such nimble enchants they won't make a big diff. in combats but I guess it will only make effect on your pocket since you gotta pay for elements too |
magic arrow - yes, it decreases the damage by 25%.
F2 = Fire magic shield 2% - would decrease by 2% the damage you'd get from fireball of meteorite shower. |

Take per use cost, multiply by remaining use, add autosell price, factor in a slight increase, maybe 100-200 gold, for the enchantment, and that's your answer.
But that is only for theoretical approximate value. It will only sell for what someone is willing to pay.

For you - nothing more than usual cape of winds. You won't have to worry about fire dmg until lvl 10... Out of hunts, in which case you won't want to wear a cape of winds. |
