nope.
only if you change to that faction.
i.e if you have fsp 3 in knight and fsp 5 in barb
then you get advantages of fsp 3 in knight only
and of fsp 5 in barb only
however you get damage reduction which is equal to 3*skill level |

but i guess we get attack or defence when we do 5 fsp of each faction....
