Arts new total = 169.010 gold
Arts new - uses (real price) = 158.966 gold
Residual price (direct to empire) = around 140.000 gold (tax free)

Thats because my price is 150k (148,5k for me after tax)
good for the customer (9k cheaper than shop art)
good for me (9k more than selling to empire)

If I cant sell the arts for 150k in one or two weeks i will sell direct to empire for 140k.
