| It means that NOW you can send another message, because you only have to wait 0 more seconds (i.e. no time) |
maybe you're on the blacklist of the receiver? or the receiver has a combat level filter? (small chance, I think it would say that then, instead of the message you get...)
did you try deleting your cookies? |
| no i sent that person messages before and i pressed send like a minute after it said 0 seconds it wouldnt send |
