I was going through the rules for the management of multi char and I was hoping to find any rule which prevents multi char from selling anything in market.But I haven't got anything.
Why I was doing so?Because this excuse(if given) is being misused.
People who are familiar with market functioning are aware of the fact that sometimes a merchant posts a lot in no profit or some gold less to discourage competitors and when no one is around sell the goods in high profit.But this same trick is used in an illegal appearing way.
Some people use their multi chars to do the driving away competitors part.Should this be allowed(if it is allowed) |

Well there are many ruls in the game for what additionals characters are forbidden to do, true. When it comes to trade at the market there are a few important rules:
3.11. Any transfers, (including those through the market or through a third party), combats (including those with other players involved) and "Two Towers" games between multiple characters of one person are prohibited.
3.13.6. Additional characters are not allowed to buy, trade or exchange rare/set artifacts and Thieves' Guild invitations(TGIs).
Rare artifacts are any items that are not displayed in the Artifact shop and that cannot be acquired in hunt.
3.11. We know that it is forbidden to doing any tranfers between main and additional characters.
3.13.6. Shop arts, hunt arts, elements are additionals allowed to trade.

Maybe I missunderstood your main question but this is my answer. I have also been reading through the rules for additional character and I dont find any rues either for that additionals are forbidden to trade at all at the maket. |

yes there is a possibility,I was rushing while typing this forgot to use punctuation marks so let me make it clear.
Any merchant can post a lot with no profit or some gold loss to discourage competitors and drive them away and when none of them is around he can sell the art in high profit.
So my observation is that some players are using their multi chars to posts the lots with more profit or some loss to drive competitors away.So in a way they are benefiting their main char(which is not allowed).Shouldn't be something done for this? |

| i dont see any problem to sell stuff using multi,as long as u dont buy with the main char..my multi get blocked for renting art,i mean its just renting it doesnt deserve a blocked should only a penalty for warning.. |

There's one rule for bid... Additional characters can't bid on same auction...
But, for "normal" prices... Nothing against it... Also will little hard to prove it's some one multi... and also show the price, because it will just expire after few hour...
So... Unhappy nothing against it... |
