| Why is it recommended to become a might necro at lvl 9, why could i make might necro that is lvl 5? Can someone tell me why there are no might necros up until lvl 9+ |

Because up to a specific level (let it be what level you wish) raising is not as effective as in early levels. Level 3 necro can raise COMPLETELY the fallen ghosts. At higher level is it so much worth it ? The raise still raises the same troops yes, but are those troops valuable compared to the total troops you got ?
Many builds are good, it's always worth to try them. |

You have to have a good Necro Skill Level to have max skeletons. |
