Probably because their amount in stock is equal to 0.
You can buy them on map though. |
when artifacts are first introduced in the game, they are only available at the shop.
Later on, factories are set up in different areas of the map, and from that moment on, the shop will not carry those artifacts anymore.
If you want them, you can simply travel to the location where the factory is situated. |

In the market people post lots of artifact shop arts for either of te reasons -
1. They want to earn a profit.
2. They want to get as much gold as they can bescause they want to get rid of the art. |
