it allow you to bypass the talent mastery without learn it.
to cast Lv3 spells, you must:
- build Lv3 Magic Guild.
- have min 1 Kn to get mana
- have invest basic mastery on regarding talent [with wisdom, you can ignore this] |

Let's try an example. Imagine you are a level 10 wizard who has built magic guild level 3 and you like to use all kinds of level 3 spells. To use level 3 spells, you need to have the corresponding basic talent, so if you want to use fireball, you need to have the talent called "basic chaos magic" since fireball is a level 3 chaos spell. Now you want to use chastise, a level 3 holy magic spell, so you need the talent called "basic holy magic" to use this spell.
So if you want to use all kinds of level 3 magic, you have to spend a lot of talent points. By using the talent called "wisdom," you may use all level 3 spells without getting the corresponding basic talent.
