no, magic arrow is in the chaos school of magic, only accessible to wizards, dark elves and demons...wizards have the ability to increase the damage of chaos spells when facing neutrals, directly proportionate to the faction level, and dark elves spells can pierce magical resistances, again directly proportionate. they can also access a faction specific talent which makes spells do 150% damage for double the cost.
however necromancers can only access nature and darkness schools, the only damaging spells from those schools are - magic punch, wasp swarm (nature) and poison (darkness) |
