| You get them mainly threw dark and holy spells. Some destruction spells can give effects too with proper talents. Some units can, too. I can't think of any at your level, but treefolks (enroot) or brilliant unis (blind) for exemple have abilities that "give" effects. |
nice i saw that my poisonners give poison effect to creature ^^
maybe my delay and curse from darkness magic do something too
