I want to know how to get hunter artifacts.

You do hunt combats (the ones that apear on the map).
The only way to get them is to do hunts and hope that you'll be lucky, there is a chance to loot a hunter artifact according to how high your HG is. |

the % to loot hunter arts on each hunt is : 3% + (Hunter Guild Level)%
Checking your HG, you are : Hunters' guild: 2 (131.82) +48.2
So the % to loot arts on each hunt = 3% + 2% = 5%
