Hello, I am dealing with a hunt problem.

Im getting alot of Red[!] Hunts.
Right now, 30 Poiseners[Level 2 is 20, 20!!!!]

How... HOW am i going to win this?

By the way, can someone tell me why i keep getting Red[!] Hunts? Thanks.

You are not going to win this.
You get Red hunts because you do only hunts and no PvP, resulting in having a high HG guild and increased hunt difficulty.
