2.Battle Fury
3.Basic Leadership
4.Rally
OR :
1.Basic Offense
2.Advanced Offense
3.Battle Fury
4.Cold Blade

As for my opinion - expert luck + battle fury. | try having gr8 speed with good offense
i guess that will be best for elfs...
