The probability of luck triggers = F^(1+[moves befallen so far]-[moves not befallen so far]*F/(1-F)), whence F is Min(0.5;luck/10), each stack having its own independent counters for luck.
That's what it says on "About The Game" section. |

keep in mind each stack is having an independant probability so luck will always trigger at least 1 time in 10 turn if you are having at least 1 luck!
So on #3, on the first move let's say 40% and use the formula to math!

| 4 luck is at least 1 trigger each 3 attacks. So that's a bit less than 4 out of 10 attacks. |
