well the dragon guard event was over very long ago but when ni clicked battles then i saw that dragon guards fighting level 3 guy and i also got battle link which is in progress link- https://www.lordswm.com/war.php?warid=503237663

Nope, the dragon guards are there for quite long, people get random dragon guards battles for many months (don't know if it's been more than year) now.
