hi everyone,
when i have a problem for geting penalty, is someone there, to who i should write to explain my behavior? Is someone competentn there? Or how should I solve for example misunderstanding? Admins cant explain the problem and I cant explain it on forum because I always get a ban on forum, so i really dont know. thanks |

lol ... well if you reply on the post complaining for your behavior (I guess someone complained so that you got the penalty), you should state that you are not a third party (yeah it may be obvious, but bans are given like hellos and goodbyes in Complains forums).
I think you can always contact Secretary for such a matter, even though rumors mention that it's inactive. |

I have an experience of waiting for an answer for more than half a year so ... just not active I guess.
Pat had a way to tell you the chance that Secretary will answer you, he has it somewhere, but don't know if he'll post it today, seems different than 2 hours ago :P |

that's true....its one useless excuse of admins(moderator or keeper whatever) to cover up their wrong deeds and then to divert players to this inactive character to get away from any explanation :D.. I wrote twice to that so called secretory character about being penalizing without any genuine reason but got not reply.. there is no way you can play this game fairly.... don't think about justice here....no one gonna hear you... this is such a great game unfortunately game management is worse.... |
there are many players who intentionally provoke other ones (dont join with min ap, delay the game, block my units - every battle and it is not against the rules) and when someone do a little mistake (go afk, write to other chat with friend and so on), get everytime higher and higher penalty because these players want to block other accounts and have fun of it. They write me even on chat or PM how many penalties left me to block my account...
I know, that I should ignore them, but everytime make someone mistake(s)
I have an experience with that - so thats why I should solve these theme and why I asked. It is a problem, that anyone active dont solve this, because everything depend on 1 personal decisson, which has not to be right everytime.

take it easy pastak, torgort had post the rule... If you express your feeling you are breaking rules... If you want to know rules or explains, contact the banner or ask the keeper to have explain if you need more!
But using Q&H is sensless and useless unless except if you need help with rules or something like that... |

Actually, 1 human can solve everything IF the rest of us follow the rules. Problem is some people intentionally violates the rules making it hard for 1 man to enforce them. |

If your combat level is below the 3rd and you can't use the private mail - either raise your level or ask your friends or clanmates. Contacting the Administration via "Queries & Help" is SENSELESS. |
