it says if you are a victim you can raise complaint, so is it not a valid complaint ??

i maybe wrong so just want to clarify.. as i am victim of insult and abuse in below case.. even if i am not the participant of battle it doesn't give other players to right to use foul language or insult me in battlechat or if its right to do so...then i can abuse any player who is watching my battle...isn't it ?? |

If your character was banned on Forum – wait until the ban wears off. |

If that would discourage you from inserting yourself into other people's battle chat, then I'd say that's a good rule. If you watch, have the courtesy to be as unintrusive as possible. |
