The first MCC PvP event is over!
First of all I want to thank all of the many people that have participated in this event. I know there has been some mistakes and misunderstanding, but overall I think it was great fun and hope you all enjoyed it as well!

A huge congratulation to Angels & Demons and Warriors' Guild Wrath. These clan have proved to be real leaders so far. It's nice to see Dark Alliance to "wake up". More strong military clans - more interesting become the game.

I think a lot of people start to understand which clans are the best and active in this server.
Special admiration by Rutenia! Not with numbers but with quality. Second tournament and again very impressive result.

My comment for last place:
this clan leader board shows clans, who were interested in participating in the event. Almost all of our clan's players play in the .ru server. And on the .ru server, plenty of events to suit the administrators, not players. It is difficult to motivate the players to participate in such events.

Conclusion of the MC Council’s 1st PvP Event

The Councilors of the Military Clan gathered around the large table once more sharing another bottle of Faerie Spirits as they talked about the highlights of the recent event and battles.
Khellendros announced with a little regret in his voice, "Well it looks like the Twin Gods smiled down on you and yours this time Syrian."
Always humble, Syrian responded. "Smiled? I'd say they came down and gave us a thunderous applause."
Lord Magier commented, "Take a rest Syrian. You've won this day. There's no need to push it further." There seemed a lightness to the Lord’s voice that seemed to urge the proud warrior to do the opposite.
Syrian waved his arms wide and declared. "I'm not saying anything we don't all already know."
"Here we go again," Edwin1908 whispered to Magier.
Khellendros stood now, seeing to what the boisterous lord was hinting, "And what's that?"
Syrian replied, "Only that my clan boasts the strongest, the most resourceful, best and bravest fighters in all the Empire." He concluded the statement with another gulp of the fiery liquor.
Not wanting to contest the Council’s figurehead so soon after his own clan's defeat, Khellendros sought another way to challenge the cocky Lord. "Bravest? Now that is up for debate."
"Oh come now. My clansmen are easily the bravest. They would stand before any army posed against the Empire, alone if need be; or jump head first from the heights of the Seraph's Tears Falls without a second thought." Syrian stepped up to the Representative of the Warrior’s Guild in challenge.
"Maybe you'd like to take that chance?" Khellendros goaded the arrogant Lord.
"I think if any of us is brave enough to do that, I'm the one." Syrian returned without much thought.
The two Lords stared hard at each other waiting to see which would back down first. None seemed as if they would.
Magier nodded to Edwin lounging beside him at the grand table.
Edwin rose and announced, "Okay, okay, okay. I'll get the paperwork started."
The two feuding Lords looked at each other with widening understanding eyes. They had fallen into another trap and their boasts would soon be tested as they leaped off of the Seraph's Tears Falls. Without a word they, as one, turned their heads to the amber colored Spirits resting silently on the table brought to them by Edwin1908. They were coming to believe that they were asked here for drinks purposely, and that this was no accident that they had been duped into a second competition.
As Edwin retreated from the grand room, his loud laughter confirmed the two Lords’ suspicions, it was already too late to back down. |
