If player is inactive for 12 months, Empire will rebuy the estate from inactive owner for 80% gold amount originally paid plus return 80% gold invested in upgrades.
Such estate will be resold on market on regular auction conditions as previously made by Empire.
This is to prevent many estates being own by people who no longer play the game. If such player returns, it will have most of gold back. |

You can ask for permission but will get no answer if someone no longer plays the game and doesnt log in to account ;)
The ID number is the case - this decides where eatate is positioned on the list. |

there have been lots of people being "absent" for a few years and then coming back.
I would not like to see that the game does that if i wasn't here all the time. |
