Hi,
Since my cousin got blocked, he created another account, play-like-a-pr0. So my question is, if we don't do any transfers, can we get blocked if we don't add each other as brothers in GC?

1. You're not really "brothers."
2. The rule telling you to state where you login from takes care of that.
More important is your enrollment and login patterns. If it looks either of you are enrolling for each other, you'll get unwanted attention from the admins. You will not get blocked if you have no transfers or combats amongst yourselves, but you brother might have a problem. It is a rule that blocking one character to create another is forbidden. If he already has more than 3 characters, it is dangerous. Anyways, you son't have to register in GC. Its just a feature. You can do that with anyone you wan t in the game, not necessarily meaning that they are brothers in real life. Just mention it in your personal info. play-like-a-pr0 has stated in his profile that 'he logs in from Cyber Cafes' and also states that 'my IP collides with many cheaters' (btw,how did he come to know about the cheaters ?)
