what would be the best strategy i found that just go in and eliminate the range then hit melee this has been successful with me like for knights and elfs i can defeat easily
any suggestions? |

this was a battle against knight before this post and i kinda slacked off and goofed around a the end because it was such an easy win(over half my troops were left both ap=0)

this battle is very easy.
your opponent (and you) didn`t split up the troops, though you acted tactically right.
but if he would have split up his shooters or covered one stack of bowmen by swords, it could have got more difficult for you.
anyway, at lvl 3 and 4 DEs rule. the only opponents who might cause trouble are elves and necros. against elves it`s better to split up rogues (because usuall elves target rogues with avengers` ability) and those mini-stacks increase the chance of blocking bowmen. minotaurs will easily defeat keepers, but the need about 2 turns to reach bowmen. so, it`s very important. |
Agreed with dusk, but necro isn't a match if you know how to kill ghosts... So basicly they are the ruler faction at level 1 - 4, but when you reach lv 5 everything will change. =) |
