Author | "special forum permission" from mods to story writ |
There have been a few guys lately who are writing stories on the forum. The idea would be for moderators to be able to grant special permission to the story writers to have control over the thread in which their story is written. Editing, locking of the topic to avoid other players posting there and any other things that would be useful to the guys could be done.
Would love to hear everyones thoughts on this. :)

I really want this...
Can't blame such actions on the poster too. Some might forget to rad the first post. This will really help all the story writers, and will help the problems faced by my story too:

Thanks Scruff for your wonderful suggestion. |
moderators cant do such things
Just send a pm to a moderator if you want him to remove a post in a specific topic. If you have a decent argument he will usually help you. |
Sven we dont know much of the mods |
The idea is to empower the moderators to do these things in special cases |

That is possible and that's what I have been doing. But it is inconvenient for both the players as well as the mods to be bothering about this each and every time. |

Moderators can not grant any special forum permissions |
so atleast we guys could hire a forum mod to take control of out thread |
