In this forum (Ideas & Suggestions), there should be a thing like Thumbs Up or Thumbs down.
So if someone makes a good topic, people who like and want it, can do a Thumbs Up, and those who don't can put a Thumbs Down.
They can write feedback in the posts, but so many people write stuff like -1111111111111111 or +1111111111111, which kinda looks awkward.

We already have this, it is called +1 or -1.
In addition it does not matter what normal players on .com like or don't like. It is what the admins like which counts. |

What I mean is that it would be like Youtube, and the no.of thumbs up and thumbs down is visible, you don't have to post something like that, all you have to do is "Click" on the Thumbs Up or Down button. |
and what useful purpose would that serve? Even if you get 1000 thumbs up doesn't mean anything's gona happen

If it prevents threads from being bumped up without any new arguments or discussions, then yes! I'll give it a +11!11oneoneelventyone!!1!!11!!
Conversely, there should also be an option to "sage" or reply without bumping the thread. For every "sage" post, there should be one more normal post to bump a topic to the top again. For example, thread has been "saged" 4 times, the next 4 normal posts will not bump it up.

I disagree. Forums are all about discussions, debates, and exchange of ideas. Threads should only be bumped up by real statements or arguments. Besides, just because something is popular or liked by everyone it doesn't mean that it's good for the game as a whole. I'm okay with polls, though, but votes should not push it up or down the thread list. |
