Authorinventory after change faction

if i have 35/35 inventory slot and i change faction that i never played before and it don't have warehouse, i will go 35/30, i will lose items, or i won't be able to change faction?
please help

i think u dont loose items. You just wont be able to buy new ones untill u got space for them. But i am not 100 % sure
