It's a penalty when you enrrol more than 10 times, without doing a battle.
To remove workaholic penalty you just need win a fight, which give you 0.50 fsp or more than that...
If you earn less fsp than it, you will remove partially the penalty (just some enrrols) |

| @3 you'll get not ALL the gold, but only 10% from it, mean that if you enroll to a facility with 180 wage, you'll get 18 gold. |
After 10th time enrroling without win battle, you take some penality on your gold...
which is 0.8 (80%) 0.6 0.4 0.2 0.1 of total gold you should get...
So if you wage is 180, you will receive 18 gold |
