This is a missconception!
Levels 9, 11, 13, 15 you *potentially* get the most important things in your career: diamond upgrades available!
Why the most important? Because very few others do and in most cases they make a difference! Competition for hunt awards, tournaments, easy CG points becomes very weak, since not many others have them!
