umm.. how does it work?
like at CL 3 you can have 1 type of artifact on 1 stack

Mini-artifacts
Maximal count of parts in one mini-artifact depends on the combat level of the character;
So yes, CLs 3/4 - 1 type, CL 5-8 - 2 types, CL 9 and upwards - 3 types. | At CL 5 you have 2 types of mini-artifacts on 1 stack.
At CL 9 you have 3 types of mini-artifacts on 1 stack.
