It's a chess game that is known to be very very very popular among Russians, and it's also my favourite :D

Never heard about it. :P
No way xD
It's called shakmatti in Russia I think.
shakhmaty (sounds like checkmate? :P)
Oh, you mean shakhmaty. Why didn't you say so? I'm not very good at it. Always lose in 2-3 turns.
shakhmaty (sounds like checkmate? :P)
Yeah that's correct :P Idk why they call it that in Russia though, cool name anyway xD
Always lose in 2-3 turns.
That's fast, I have won a 3 move game only once in my life xD
"Shah" is a title given to the emperors/kings and lords of Iran.
"Mat" is kinda persian "dead".
So it's like "King is dead"

Just for information tho

The original word for "chess" is Sanskrit chaturanga "four members of an army" -- elephants, horses, chariots, foot soldiers. This is preserved in Spanish ajedrez, from Arabic (al) shat-ranj, from Persian chatrang, from the Sanskrit word.

P.S. You really can't lose in two turns, the fastest mate is reached in 3 turns and you can easily remember how not to lose by this mate.

The fastest mate is in two turns(4 ply)

1. g4 e5
2. f3 Qh4#

This in chess is known as the "Fool's Mate". The one in 4 moves(7 or 8 play depending on which side executes it) is known as the "Scholar's Mate" :)
for randomr1:
Yeah, i really forget about this one, sorry :D
Thought only about a scholar
