| it says it increases the chance of special abilities triggering. it doesnt say by how much, does anyone know? for example, does it increase it by 25% or 50%.. | It's increases the chance by "double". Explaining :
Every creature with triggering ability gets a second chance to activate its ability when it fails. For example, my guards go to stun a target, the fail to stun, though they get a second chance to stun (automatically). Now, that gives a total 1 - PROBABILITY^2 to success.
