| If the shift key is pressed it must happen in all pages not just the character page. it is usually when your key is stuck inside like it is being pressed. usually pressing it several times and pulling it helps. try that for now(both shift keys) |
| Rapidly press shift 5 times. I guess a window must appear (if you haven't already disabled it). Now, click on settings and disable Sticky Keys. |
