1.Are they allowed to sell elements,hunter,MH,GH arts in market?
2.Are they allowed to sell the above things by directly transferring to a player?
3.Are they allowed to buy the above things from a player directly?
4.Can a main and secondary character have transfers with the same person.
Elaborating Q4:
This is dependant on Q1,2,3.
If the answer to them is yes then say:
Can I gift a person 1,000 from main and then sell him artifact from secondary character?

Rare artifacts are any items that are not displayed in the Artifact shop and that cannot be acquired in hunt.
