how do i get to use skeletons from the reserve?

use recruiting and add more. you just need to have them(get from killing live creatures or buy from market) and u can add them according to your FSL. the higher your FSL the more you can get.

i tried that but it says 18 recrutid from reserve and like 42 in skeletons in reserve
i cant use the 42 in the reserve

You can have zounds of skeletons in reserve, but on your faction skill level 2 you can recruit only 18 of them.

Increase your faction skill level and you'll be able to recruit more skeletons from reserve according to table.
