Why is the Silver Partisan not allowed?
because it is a very powerful low ap that gives mightbuilds and rich players an advantage |

I'd like to have joined this tourney and I applaud you for the acitvity you have inspired. But since this is again min AP I decided not to join. Reason is that min AP favours certain faction who are fast and fragile over other factions like knight and necromancer. Also chaos build suffer in such an evironment, as min AP increases the lead of attack over defense parameter. This is the reason why adimins consider full ap to be the balance.
So maybe you want to keep that in mind when you start planing your next event.

Well you mean less people can join since they may not be able to afford full arts and you percive this as unfair. But these are 2 different kinds of fair.
To have a fair competition one should seek an environment that is meant to be balanced concerning different builds and factions and this is surely not given in a min ap event.
Wearing full AP the difference between attack and defense parameter is 18 wearing min ap as in big weapon + 1 minor art the difference is 30! So instead of doing 1.9 times original damage in full AP you go to 2.5 times damage in min AP this is an overall increase of 30%. And the numbers won't change much for other lvl 14 players. You can easily see how this favours fast and fragile might builds.
And seriously going full ap is not that expensive for level 14 full AP is about 1500 gold per battle which is about 3-4 enrolls in a mine (not GC) I doubt that you need much more on lower levels since lowe LG is offset by lower price per battle.
Since you require the participants to be available for at least 4 hours a day they should be able to afford one full ap fight per day easily. (this is neglecting additional income from hunts and mercenary quests)

no, since enchanted arts again ruin the balance as they again increase the damage output drastically and therefore favor the factions with the fast units.
and of course enchanted arts are much more expansive than full ap shop arts.
But please don't be offended I just wanted to point out to you that min ap is not balanced for all factions and builds, so you can think about it and maybe change the rules for your next event.

And also, min ap is preferred by more players than full ap
Some can't afford it, some just dint want to use it for simple duels, especially cl9+ players coz of availability of a fantastic option called cg |
that min ap is prefered by more players is no valid argument that it is balanced. I explained above that in principal every player can afford full ap battles if he enrolls 3-4 times a day.
Also I don't want to hijack this thread but if you consider min ap to be balanced than i seriously have to doubt you experience concerning pvp. |

You rarely see experienced slow faction players agreeing to min ap. The balance is done after tourny and CG situations (full ap)

we could extend the limit of AP with wizes or anybody who calls that himself a mage.for 5 lvl ex. 8 or 9 AP.that should be more than enough for a wiz.if the other person cant buy arts then lease them.
or we could get the 2 players battling to set the AP between them.the one who asks for the lower AP,that AP amount will be selected for the particular duel |

X can depend on combat levels...
This way it won't be expensive for players and everyone and it will be "balanced" |
