Suppose I get +1 attack as a bonus for leveling up my Faction Skill in the demon faction. Now if I change to elf and get +1 attack for levelling up my Faction skill for elf faction, will the two attack add up? In short, are the FSP bonuses from different factions added up when we change to a different faction. | Oh no Vlaer, those bonuses are for your troops, not for you.
They won't stack. | No, different FL bonuses don't add up.
Faction Skill bonuses only apply when you are using the faction.
For example take a look at my faction levels.
I have FL 4 for wizard and FL 2 for elf.
That means that while I'm a wizard, my wizard troops will have a bonus of:
+2 Attack, +1 Defense, and +2% initiative.
but if I switch to elf, my elven troops will have a bonus of:
+1 Atk and +1 Def.
The only thing that carries over to different factions is the faction resistance.
damage dealt to you by representatives of this very faction - every skill level decreases the damage dealt by that faction to you by 3%
That means no matter what faction I'm currently using, I will have 12% resistance against all wizard troops and hero damage/spells and I will also have 6% resistance against all damage from elf faction and hero. | As KnightofDusk says:
However the "3% per faction level resistance" only applies in certain battles.
Always in PvP and in any combats involving AI heroes (eg: ambushes).
Not in hunts. |
