We agreed it by PM, evidence of very long negotiations is accessable for administration. So quoting short time of buying from placing on market is just evidence of that.
Regarding the profit. I am a trader, I buy lower and sell higher. My profit is just evidence that my trading is succesful. This game is Lords of War and Money and I play this game trying to achieve good results in combats and in money operations/wealth management.

melnik buys estate from him and makes it fully upgraded, then admins remove upgrades that melnik did +bedchamber, tea room, reception and guest lounge 2 (175k total) since syrian did already build those, so they should not have been removed.
Then brownbear buys the estate back for the the exact same price he sold it.
But to compensate for the extra things that admins removed, they give it back to him in cash:

Then he sells an almost empty estate (according to the log guest lounge #1 was never rebuild but is still there, so was the only thing not deleted by admins).
So then brownbear sells an empty estate with only guest lounge 1 as building for 1.400.000
For no upgrades that is very expensive, but since estates have no fixed price. This is up to the admins wether they find it acceptable or not.
Still stands that brownbear did receive 50k too many, but yeah, he gets that every month for free, so no big deal |
