Two dragons
1 dragon kill by me and 1 by him
We don't touch another dragon and the other dragon also don't touch another player
But exp gain is a big different (above 3 times)

There is a minimum amount of experience for assistant and if actual experience is lower than minimum, it is incresed up to the minimum.
This was lately invented not to allow getting good fsp with low exp when player gives assistance in easy hunts. |

So u mean minimum exp from assisting for my lv (ie 9) is 225. Is that it?
Is there any formula for min exp in assisting?
Does it directly depend on only CL or is there any other(s)?

I don't know the formula. You have to observe it yourself, but...
For CL13 it is for example 325 exp. 225 exp could be for your CL as we see from that battle. So it could mean that it grows by 25 exp for each CL (that is just theory). |

And I think this only happened after the Valentines update. Before it was:
