there already are too many ini boosters, all added up, they make faster units too fast (remember it's all about % of base ini), no need to deepen the abyss that separate my golems from a DE shrews.. :/

-1 if you mean that you get +1% initiative each time you get that particular element. If I misinterpreted your idea, sorry about that.

true. if 9 art added ini, total can be +100% bonus ini.

- increase Initiative enchanted on weapon only not armor or ring.
if enchanted on armor or ring i no idea this time.
Jewelry Enchant - increases hero initiative +1%
Armor Enchant - increases defense +1

For Jewelry Enchant.
In addition grants X% pierce through magic resistances when casting spells.

For Armor Enchant.
physical,Nature, and Darkness spell shield.
