Make sure it says "E-mail for password recovery: YOUR_EMAIL@EMAILPROVIDER.%%"
If the email noted there is completely unfamiliar, I got bad news for you : Someone is trying to hack you, change it again and make sure you log in at least once every 72 hours to change it back to your normal, otherwise you'll get a password change too and lose the account forever. However, if the email there is OK, then I still got bad news for you : Sleepwalking may cause unexpected scenarios. |

It simply means that you, or someone else, tried to change the email address. But the system blocked the attempted since the email address was changed less then 3 days ago.
I suggest you do what Hallion91 told you above. And maybe change your email address with a new one (just to be safe). |
