| Productivity covers everything that involves working. Wage earned, items created, materials required to work (in the factory). |
Suppose you have productivity of 1.5
Then, you get wage = Wage displayed at factory + 1.5 x wage displayed at factory.
Same goes with productivity and items required. |

when u level up laborers guild ur wage increases |
