AuthorMG reset by latest world event
Prior to the Squashman Event, I had a Mercenary Guild quest set in my location. I had been rejecting MG quests until one appeared set for my location because I have a record-breaking Hunter's Guild combat that I have been delaying until I am ready for it, which I am not (with my present gear, at least).

This is also true of my multichar, which had a travel quest from MG. With my multichar, I am only accepting travel quests, in the hopes of getting one which does not trigger the combat, and allows completion of the quest without the combat (since my multichar is only level 2 and not wanting to take on the relatively-massive experience points earned from a successful MG combat).

So, two accounts, both located in Seraph's Tears, each of which had a MG quest which was desirable but awaiting execution on my part, and both of which were reset after the Squashman event rolled.

I think this was some bug in the code. I am not seeking any sort of recompense, as I can easily keep passing MG quests which do not satisfy my personal standards. I am only posting this here because it appears that there is some sort of conflict in the actual coding of the game, and of which I wish to make Arctic (et al) aware.

It happened because the server went down a few hours after the event. Following this, there was a an error which was freezing people up when they went into the mercenaries guild in ST. So the admins would have refreshed it :)
