pls can anyone tell me how to form a clan? :

0. Be Level 5
1. Go to great capital
2. GO to map
3. Click on public services
4. click "Clan registration"
5. typ your name, short description etc..
6. click on next( which requires 60.000gold)
7. for final registration you need an additional 40.000 gold.
