| Hi, I have a HTC smartphone, and my car is a 2006 Toyota Scion, and I was wondering, is there any way I can listen to the music on my phone through my car speakers? the car doesn't have a USB or any other kind of port to connect to my phone, and it also doesn't have bluetooth, I'm don't really know a lot about this type of stuff so maybe somebody here can help me. No way. Even if you had bluetooth, I think music wouldn't be transmitted that way. (Not sure about this, but I think bluetooth is not that strong). | | Then what does your car have? You know that big circle hole that you can plug your phone charger into right?
Well you should have one, it's a circle with a deep whole.
Anyway, if you do, and you should, you can buy and plug in a FM transmitter.
Then look for an app for your phone (should be free) that transmits FM signals.
If not you can always buy an adapter for your phone. If you want better
instructions and to see it for yourself, go Google FM Transmitter and do some

There should be an auxiliary jack in which you can hook your smartphone's cable to.
Radio:
buy and plug in a FM transmitter
Connect transmitter to phone.
Choose radio station (see transmitter's manual)
Nothing:
buy/install a mp3 player onto it. Then you can use USB, bluetooth, cds, etc. :) |
